Created in 2012, the farm is situated in ecologically area of Mountain- “StaraPlanina”. In neighborhood is one of the most famous and visited landmark in Bulgaria – Troyan Monastery. Good weather conditions and topography, gives the advantage of favorable environment for growing this type of animals. The snails are “Helix Aspersa Maxima” and we are investing in a proved mix and semi intensive method of growing (French). The Farm is covering all European standards and requirements with all necessary veterinary medical research, done every season. The snails are feed with a fresh green grass and high quality fodder (concentrate). We are using a variety of recopies for the different age periods of the snails, in order to achieve the most delicious taste of our crop.
